PDR was established by Neil Power after working for over 30 years in the finance industry where Neil worked in business management, finance and property investing. Neil has been Managing Director of asset management businesses and has a wealth of experience in managing companies, people and problems.

Neil is a Nationally Accredited Mediator with AMDRAS and holds an honours degree in Economics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies.

Neil has spent much of his career managing teams and negotiating multi million-dollar investments in asset management businesses. As managing director of a hedge fund business Neil was responsible for managing company founders and senior executives while maintaining staff harmony and steering company strategy and keeping the whole team future focused.

Neil understands through first hand experience the cost to a business of conflict across a team, the causes of conflict and how to resolve it, and has leveraged this experience to create PDR and help clients solve their workplace disputes. 

More recently Neil worked with property developers and investors with a focus on resolving disputes that arose around post pandemic cost blowouts and project delays, it was this experience that motivated Neil to create PDR so he could focus exclusively on dispute resolution.

Neil has also volunteered in the community extensively and played a key role in establishing and managing a large scale annual not-for-profit arts event that runs annually in regional NSW.

Originally from Dublin, Neil moved to Sydney in 1998 and is the proud father of two fine young men.
