PDR's mediation processes are typically run over either a half day or a full day session depending on the scope of the dispute in question. Pricing is fixed for either, with an hourly rate applying if additional time is needed. Pricing is available on request.

Mediation Venue

​

Workplace mediations can happen at the employers' offices or parties can participate remotely online if preferred. If an in-person mediation is required we have access to suitable locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane cities which are available at an additional cost.

 

That said, recent experience shows that mediations conducted online via Zoom are just as effective as in person and in some instances more effective. They have the added benefit of not having to travel, arrange premises or facilitate the separation of the parties in dispute.
